We’re Kelsie and Jared! Two San Antonio locals who fell in love over a shared passion for great coffee, community, and meaningful moments. From cozy mornings at home to hunting down hidden café gems while traveling, coffee has always been a part of our story.
The name 1996 Coffee Company is a nod to the year we were both born — the start of two lives that would eventually cross paths, build a family, and launch a dream together. Built on love, driven by connection, and fueled by espresso.
